Po prawdzie to fora kijowo działają mi i na PC (tzn. są niekomfortowe, i
nie zachęcają do używania), więc nie mogą być lepsze na telefonicznej
przeglądarce. Tapatalka nie używam, ale czytałem opinie, że on działa
lepiej niż przeglądanie na przeglądarce (co IMO nie tak trudno osiągnąć,
jeśli ma się dostęp do API, a do tego jest). Tylko ponoć nie działa z
forum, na którym nie został zintegrowany, więc jest to nieuniwersalne
rozwiązanie.
Problem w tym, że aplikację dla Steama robi jak rozumiem Valve. Czy tam
zleca komuś, nieważne. Ważne, że to oficjalna aplikacja. A Valve, moim
nieskromnym zdaniem, dość słabe jest w robieniu zarówno swoich klientów
Steama (właczając w to dziadowskiego chata, z którego czasem korzystam)
jak i oprawy strony WWW. Dlaczego więc oczekiwać, że zrobi coś mobilnego
lepiej niż stacjonarnego? A API vbulletin jest dostępne dla wszystkich.
BTW dostęp do informacji z konta, czyli takie steamowe API, też
istnieje, i są progsy które tego używają, ale nie wiem czy jest
alternatywny klient, a zwłaszcza czy da się użyć tego do alternatywnego
czata. Z tego co kiedyś szukałem, to nie.
